March 10 (Bloomberg) -- Brazil’s Justice Ministry fined Fiat SpA 3 million reais ($1.7 million) as the automaker failed to recall its Stilo models to fix a problem with the wheels, according to a statement posted on the ministry’s Web site yesterday.
